What led you to start Expanded Impact?
I experienced coaching! I have always been drawn to activities that foster learning, development and growth in myself and others. I find fulfillment in contributing to and witnessing the growth of others. In pursuing my passion, I experienced coaching; it was fifteen minutes of pure magic! I started a Speed Coaching program to bring that experience to others and as a result, became aware of a well-regarded coaching training program. I went through the journey to become a certified executive coach and the rest is history. Establishing Expanded Impact was a natural next step!

What is your mission and vision with Expanded Impact?
​We exist to unlock maximum effectiveness and engagement through courageous enlivenment in order to accelerate and sustain long-term growth. Effective and engaged leaders perform better and produce faster positive business outcomes. We teach clients to recognize and cultivate the resonant presence of aliveness℠ in their leadership and their lives.
We hope that one day, we will all lead fully alive lives at work, in relationships, and with ourselves.

Organizations, communities and families thrive when we thrive as individuals. We believe that when we are truly alive, we make better decisions for ourselves and others that bring greater positive impact to our families, organizations and communities.

What drives and guides you?
My guiding principle is "Stand in Truth and Give with Love". I am working on bringing this to bare everyday. I am fully engaged and effective when I am in a space of creating and designing, learning and teaching. Coaching is one of the activities that provides this space and thus, makes me fully alive. Aliveness, yes, that is what drives me!

What has prepared you for this journey?
Experience: I have two decades of deep experience working in product development, business analytics, operations & strategy, and organizational effectiveness. I've worked across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Information Technology functions. I've built multiple global high performing teams, implemented large organizational design changes, defined company-wide operational processes, designed novel technology systems, and executed complex strategic initiatives from ground up. I've worked very closely with several C-suite leaders as their Chief of Staff and often had to navigate intricate relationships and personalities at varying levels in the org. I served on the Board of Directors for HERA, a legal services non-profit, and I have architected leadership development programs for women and people of color at work.
Education: I am a certified executive coach, trained by Co-active Training Institute (CTI)®, the leading coaching training organization in the world, and CRR Global®, the Organization and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) training program based on Relationship System Intelligence®. I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)®, an international organization that governs the coaching profession. I hold both ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and CTI Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) accreditations. I am also a certified Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP) practitioner, LCP is a 360 assessment that connects well-researched battery of leadership competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought. I continue my learning through ICF and the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS)®, the world's leading learning platform for business and executive coaches. I hold an M.B.A. (Dean's award for academic excellence) from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (summa cum laude) from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

What are your current development goals?
I continually strive for equilibrium across my transformation axes. My current development goals are:
Self: To blossom in my redefinition of what happiness is to me and to create more occurrences of happiness in my life.
Relationships: To sharpen my ability to recognize when ego raises its head so that I can intercept and redirect to Essence.

Work: To expand my presence as a globally recognized transformative business leader in the space of courageous leadership, organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.

What advice do you have for our readers and clients?
​Find the spark that makes you truly come alive. As you nurture the spark, you will experience the resonant presence of aliveness℠.
