A note to senior leaders

The recent killings of unarmed black people - George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery - has hit me across a few of my identities - as a member of the black community, an executive coach for mid to senior leaders, a business operations leader in tech, and a change agent for underrepresented groups including women and people of color.
