5 life lessons from Zia

As some of you know, I recently got a dog, Zia. She is a strong support pillar for me, both literally and figuratively.
Figuratively, in my coaching, a support pillar is someone or something that exhibits or reminds you of certain qualities that you need to remember, because they are important to you expressing your full self. These qualities are innate in you, whether you recognize that or not, because otherwise, you wouldn't be able to identify these qualities in others.
So, what have I being reminded of from Zia, my support pillar?
  1. Be unassuming
  2. Be firm
  3. Be forgiving
  4. Be thankful
  5. Be alive in the present
What/who is your support pillar, and what do they want to remind you of?
