Aliveness is the state of truly being! Fulfillment lives in aliveness.
When you feel alive, all your available senses are activated. You can feel the creative energy freely flowing in you like electricity. You feel warm inside even in chilly temperatures. You don’t feel the pain of your sickness. You are truly living your life's purpose. As some of you know, I recently got a dog, Zia. She is a strong support pillar for me, both literally and figuratively.
Figuratively, in my coaching, a support pillar is someone or something that exhibits or reminds you of certain qualities that you need to remember, because they are important to you expressing your full self. These qualities are innate in you, whether you recognize that or not, because otherwise, you wouldn't be able to identify these qualities in others. |
